I have had the pleasure of working with Val Brown and her staff at Brown Interior Solutions during the past year as we were planning and constructing our new hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Val assisted us with budgeting in advance of the project and then worked closely with our physician steering committee and construction team on finish selection. She was able to guide the group on finish selections that were within budget. Further into the project, she worked with our local management team on furniture selection and brought a myriad of options to us for our selection.
The final product is beautiful and well coordinated, working in a local flavor along with the durability, "clean ability" and finish requirements that are necessary in a health care enviroment. We have received so many, many compliments on our new hospital.
Val and her team have done the interior finish selection, furniture selection and accessory recommendations for several of our hospitals. All have a unique style and feel, baed upon the communites in which they are located. Furthermore, they are easy to maintain so that they still look newly done, which is much appreciated by our staff, physiciansss and patients.

This letter is in regard to Brown Interior Solutions and their excellent work. A few months back we decided to replace all the furniture in our six managers' offices and replace it with new, contemporary furniture. We had several choices here in El Paso, but we decided to call on Brown Interior Solutions.
From day one, their staff was attentive and courteous. They were quick to set up a meeting and discuss the various options. Not long after that, their sales representative and in house designer came into our office and took the time to sit down and discuss with each manager their particular needs. Because each manager has such different function in the organization, varying from accounting to field staff management we wanted each office to have the appropriate storage space and comfortable meeting space, etc. The designer measured each of the offices and made recommendations based on his professional opinion. We discussed the various options in a separate meeting and they were able to allow us to have what we needed, but were kind enough to give their input on this, their area of expertise.
After meeting and picking out color combinations and textures, their sales representative forwarded their suppliers' purchase order with detailed information on delivery dates. When the time came around for their delivery, they were right on schedule and with a couple of items that were delayed through no fault of their own, they were quick to notify us about it and schedule a new delivery date.
We are very happy with Brown Interior Solutions' personalized, honest service. We recommend them to any company who is looking for quality product and service.

I would like to name the group who patiently dealt with my indecisiveness on how I wanded my furniture arranged on the hopefully last move back at the end of September. All were energetic and cooperative during the stresses of moving heavy furniture and lots of it, I might add, in such a short period of time. With the "weird" logistics of the room, I was very indecisive on how to arrange the furniture, but with the help of Brett, we created a "livable" arrangement.
Most of the time, people do not get enough credit for what they do on their every day jobs. I just wanted to let you know that you have a great moving staff. Please pass on my appreciation to them.
